The Registrar’s Office develops your official academic record from the admission file and the initial registration form.

Your official academic record includes the application for admission, high school transcript, official transcripts from previous colleges or universities, and your letter of acceptance. In addition to the official University record of courses completed, final grades and transfer hours, all letters pertinent to the completion of the academic program according to the policies outlined here will be maintained as a part of this file.
