Your next term class schedule is just a quick academic advisor meeting away. After registration opens, you'll receive a communication from the university to setup an advising appointment to schedule your classes for the next semester. Worried about staying on track? Your advisor will work with you set a plan to keep you on track!
All students will be registered for classes through our learning management system Google Classroom. Registration begins on the date listed on the academic calendar. Academic Advisors can assist with course selection and help you make a plan to complete your degree.
If your courses are not showing up in Google Classroom under the email associated with your student record, please contact the University Registrar at registrar@bloxton.org.
Approximately two weeks before the scheduled registration period opens, all enrolled students will begin consultation with their academic advisor. The academic advising period begins upon release of the course schedule for the following semester. During this period, students consult with academic advisors who assist in the planning of students’ academic schedules for the following semester.
All students must file the formal Application for Degree (undergraduate or associate) with the Registrar's Office no later than the first day of classes in the term preceding their graduation term, according to the following schedule:
Semester of Graduation Deadline Filing
Summer Graduation: Last Day of Spring Term 2
Fall Graduation: Last Day of Summer Term 2
Spring Graduation: Last Day of Fall Term 2
All degree requirements must be completed before any student may participate in graduation ceremonies. Students who fail to complete degree requirements before scheduled graduation date will not be permitted to participate in ceremonies.
