Bloxton University is introducing customized dorm rooms to our main campus! We will get you everything you need to be setup!

Users who are sharing a dorm, MUST share the dorm with their 'friend', until the end of the academic semester. If any issues arise, we will handle them as needed, but dorm arrangements will NOT be made unless the actions are being disciplined for some type of sexual contented activities or along those lines.

Customize your personal dorm room, but be sure to follow the information & requirements for your dorm room. (Rules and requirements can be found on the Dorm Room Template Item)

Residence Hall Policies:

DORMITORY SOCIAL INTERACTION POLICY STATEMENT

At Bloxton, we understand that owning and renting your dorm can be a tremendously exciting thing to do, but you must understand that you have to follow our social interactions policy. Our social interactions policy ensures that our dormitory and residence halls are kept safe, filtered, and family-friendly for everybody to enjoy. By purchasing a dorm, you are agreeing to abide by this policy, and agree to be restricted by the following bulleted regulations.

- - Absolutely NO sexual conduct on-campus.
  - Discriminatory behavior is restricted.
  - Dangerous behavior is not permitted.
  - Your dorms are to be used responsibly.
  - You may have visitors, but no unauthorized permanent residents.
  - You may not throw parties in your dormitory.

We ask that you follow these simple rules, and you will be able to keep your dorm and reside as normal. However, if you happen to break one of these rules, you’ll be contacted by the Director of Residence with a warning, and if the problem persists, your dormitory will be removed and you will NOT be refunded.

NO REFUNDS POLICY STATEMENT

Bloxton University understands how frustrating it can be when you make an accidental purchase, or you purchase something you didn’t even want to own. However, we have a strict policy that states that all purchases are final, and you will not be refunded under any circumstance. We know it’s not ideal, but we must require the process to be this way to ensure we are not being scammed, or embezzled out of our funds. Therefore, ultimately, you will not be receiving a refund under any circumstance.

ACTIVITY AGREEMENT POLICY

By being a dormitory owner, it is important that you remain active in your dorm. We recommend visiting your dorm, or showing up for classes for at least three days a week. This will show us that you are dedicated, and not wasting space in our residence halls. We offer an astronomically large grace period for inactivity so that we don’t just rip your dorm away immediately. You must be inactive for at least one month before being warned, and if the inactivity persists, we will remove your dormitory and it will not be refunded.
